Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
Completing Ad-Hoc data analysis pieces to support business proposals from both a business and risk perspective.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
The program is fantastic, with plenty of support from my manager, mentor, buddy and the Early Talent team. The skills I have been able to develop will surely support me for the rest of my career.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learned how to use many data analysis tools, such as Python, SQL, R, Excel and PowerQuery. I use these primarily to support business proposals which require data analysis to quantify the risk associated.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I am given plenty of time from my manager to carry out the work for my apprenticeship, including every Friday to focus on this, as well as additional days around submission. There are also plenty of networks in place around the business, for any additional support you may need for other issues.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I have a monthly catch-up with skills coach to discuss any issues I am having with the programme and found that they are always able to offer some helpful advice or even suggest changes to the degree directors.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
My qualification has taught me how to use several tools which I may have never have had the opportunity to learn outside of academia, however, I have been able to embed their use in the workplace. The degree has also taught me several soft skills which will come useful later in my career.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
