Identify and report defects or issues with magnet

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
Interaction and engagement: The level of interaction and engagement with the program, including opportunities for feedback, discussion, and collaboration.
Personal growth: The extent to which the program helps me to develop new skills, gain confidence, and achieve their personal and professional goals.
Support and resources: The availability of resources, support, and mentorship throughout the program.
I only wish we had more time and less rushing in have work done for the course.

How well organised/structured is your programme?
But is not clear for my cell leaders as they keep asking me questions all the time regarding time frame.
A face to face course or the 6 hours could be taken in a class if have any questions regarding would be usefully.

They always prompt and answer questions quite quickly, they are extremely clear, and they take the time to explain everything .
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
Im Developing skills and knowledge: Qualifications can help me develop new skills and knowledge that are relevant to a better role, which can enhance my performance.
It boost my confidence and credibility, which can lead me to better performance and more effective communication with colleagues .
