Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My role in my respective team involved the preparation of files for forecasting revenue and orders, ad-hoc tasks, and many tasks relating to the P58 project.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was given a fair amount of responsibility during my placement, but it was not immediate. I think I had to prove that I could handle it before I was given the responsibility.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I have learnt a number of new skills, the key skill being a detailed knowledge of Excel, and the various key functions for finance. I have also improved my coding abilities in various software such as Python and Knime.

I enjoyed my placement to a good extent, but I think that I would have enjoyed it a bit more if I was given more responsibility earlier on in my placement.
