Helping customers register their power of attorney documents and helping closing for bereavement.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Fully enjoy it from the start of my experience it’s been enjoyable and rewarding. I look forward to the start of the month to learn a new activity and enjoy it to the end when it’s due.

Developed in Maths & English. Learnt new processes and digital skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised. At first I couldn’t grasp what we had to and how to submit work. However the system is easy to follow and mapped clearly so we know exactly what to expect. I like how easy it is to reach out to our trainers by messaging them on Bud.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Support from manager where needed is good and generally positive about developing our skills further.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Plenty of support
Both of my training providers are on hand and prompt in replying back to me. I feel reassured they are always in the background to help.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Developing new skills and building confidence. Applying these skills to helping customers are a great testament.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Potentially. I don’t seem to have any time to fit this in my busy life at the moment.
