To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
Somewhat. Helpful as most of it went hand in hand with my day-to-day job.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes, all those skills are new to me and having hands-on made it easier to understand.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Not too organised. It has many flaws with the provider not making most of the projects easy to understand on their wbsite.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive 100% support from my employer.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
The DLC does provide 100% support and responds in a timely manner when there are things which are not clear on the projects.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I do feel it has helped quite a bit.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes, there are and my line manager encourages that.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend The AA to a friend?
Yes
Why?
My experience thus far has been amazing. This has come down to my Line Manager distributing work evenly and helping develop weak areas to a very high standard.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The AA?
Just be yourself and be ready to learn quite a bit of other stuff which is not in your role but will help you develop into a better and knowledgable employee.
