I wasn’t content with the program. Can’t say I enjoyed it, but i didn’t dislike it either.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It was not particularly well organised or structured, but it was the first apprenticeship of this sort done by the AA so it was to be expected.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received support when I needed it and in a timely manner.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

At the beginning very little, but once we got a person that was assigned to manage our work it was better.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Very well. A lot better than if I hadn’t of done it and acquired a HGV license by myself.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Not really. It’s difficult to arrange with the shift patterns we work.

Seriously think about and consider the impact that the shifts and working times required by the AA will have on you. It doesn’t work for everybody.
