My job is a performance leader, and is split between running a team of 20 patrols and attending broken down vehicles as a AA patrol.me leadership duties include 1-2-1 with patrols, managing absence, booking annual leave, dealing with complaints and claims.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

it can be quite demanding getting work done on time due to work load.
