Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
– It gave me to understand what personal skills and qualities to makes me gain my service and to be successful with the workforce and community. It also helps me feel adequate to build my core values to build active job reports, assign each candidate from HireVue, formatted 6 job roles on the careers site and internally, assisted in preparing the agenda and the team shout-outs for the Team Huddle presentation and formatted several shortlists into an Excel spreadsheet for my Team. There are also professional skills I had been trained to posting jobs to make sure these job descriptions had to be accurate and advertised externally via LinkedIn Recruiter, create an advertisement, and promote a new job role to be recruited via LinkedIn and check the recruitment inbox to make sure to respond to each candidate once a day. In terms of personal skills, I think I have learnt how to communicate effectively with the team and my manager. I also learned how to provide input and ideas in team meetings, as well as creating PowerPoint presentations and giving presentations to the team. I learned how to work in a busy office environment, as well working remotely, and I am still learning how to deal with e-mails and prioritise my tasks.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
By easily pulling an active job reports and analysing with PowerPoint to send creative steps for the next stage of the Talent Team Huddle.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I am also learning the importance of asking for help from my fellow team members when I have a problem. I am also learning to manage my Outlook calendar and make sure I attend the right meetings and accept or decline meeting invites. I also learned a lot about workplace skills through my apprenticeship training via HireVue and LinkedIn Learning.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
I felt like it was important by standards of diversity and innovation inflates on employees working from Channel 4. It will make me give tons of experience to generate ideas and pitching some skills, such as bringing communication and teamwork.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
It's supportive that one of my advisors would help how I can work tasks on, for example like pulling an active job reports, assigning candidates with screen interviews for HireVue and able to get into meetings with one of my managers.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
I need to ask my manager if there were any more tasks I need to finish on because my only issue I need to know how I will going to use my lastest Powerpoint presentation to convert with slide decks.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
It makes me feel how open-minded to make a pitch to think about ideas after listening these methods from the key principles. It is a special opportunity to help companies grow and be established throughout the reality.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
By hearing more about researching habits, it makes us important to inform with the team of Channel 4 to use when making decisions. It can inform their habits and behaviours to promote through the insight of this spot revenue, sponsorship, and product development.
