I look after the website L'Oreal Access - an online platform for professional hairdressers to learn and book courses with our many wonderful brands. I make sure the website is working well communicate to the IT team any issues. As well as this, I find ways to increase user engagement with the site such as CRM and push notifications. I enjoy working with our educators the most our amazing professional teachers who require Access to work well.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend L'Oreal to a friend?
Yes
Why?
The culture is amazing for young people starting work - it is great for bridging the gap between sixth form and higher level full time work. Genuinely have not had a bad experience with anyone that works here. I have met amazing people and the community in your year of apprentices will be great.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to L'Oreal?
Be yourself - L'Oreal loves to see authenticity. You may be chosen to interview for another role you did not apply for based on the qualities you show so you never know.
