Reviewing financial controls such as reconciliations, completing statuary reports for the groups companies, and participating in ongoing projects and that improve Lloyd’s processes and efficiency.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The program has fantastic support systems in place and contacts with fellow peers that have also completed the scheme, allowing you to learn from them

I have learnt many new skills as part of the scheme, such as technical skills using systems like tableau and power bi

Extremely well structured, you know what is expected of you from the beginning, and there is a clear timeline of progression to the end of the scheme
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots of study days are provided for exams, as well as help relocating when moving between different placements. Additional help is provided by Kaplan, with regular progress reviews
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots of support is provided with adequate study days plus time off to sit the exam
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification not only underpins the technical aspect needed in the role , but also the mindset needed to succeed at the group

Regular events are available, for all groups of people and different personality types. It is like being in a community at the group, and the sheer amount of extra curricular activities available on a weekly basis is impressive
