Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
meetings with bankers from different departments followed by insightful Q&As, group work for the M&A presentation taken at the end of the week, unique insight into the firm's history, ethics, and ESG efforts, networking with spring week "buddies" answering questions about the firm, technical sessions presenting the different departments in the firm, as well as investment banking technical knowledge
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was really interesting to be able to hear from bankers from so many departments, as I developed a good understanding of the different roles in the firm, and of the overall ethos

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The cultural aspect was great, all speakers, bankers, and HR representatives were really kind and responsive, and answered all our questions. The atmosphere was calm despite the overall competitiveness of the industry which just made every meeting and interaction better and more valuable.
