Full stack development using different programming languages and techniques, using agile methodologies for delivery.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It's given me great experience and knowledge. The university deliver could be improved by making it more relevant to industry and more practical, but overall has given me a good level of knowledge to set up for my career.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Different approaches to software development, security expertise, and various programming languages. Additionally, different project management and delivery ways of working.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It could definitely be better structured and better communicated between lecturers to align content across years to provide a more logical and progressive structure but the modules contain valuable knowledge overall, however often feels disconnected.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have felt very supported from my employer in my aspirations and have been given a multitude of opportunities to develop myself and my career.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

There are regular reviews to support feedback and wellbeing. Academic support could be improved upon.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Some of the content is relevant but not all, practical work is also hit and miss, but it does help provide context to the role and industry.

Yes, many, which provide great opportunities to get involved in the community and build your network, as well as learn new things and cultures.

It provides a wealth of experience and opportunities to grow yourself and your career with after work activities as well to get involved and get to know your colleagues. I have had a really positive experience so far and have built a multitude of skills!
