Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work within our Early Talent team which is recruiting for apprentices, student placements and graduate roles. This includes attending career fairs, sifting CV's and partaking in Assessment Centers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love that no two days as I prefer to have a variation within my day/week.

The support which I have received since starting my programme is excellent, everyone is extremely helpful and my line manager is always ensuring that I have everything I need to be able to do my job.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My learning provider is also very helpful and always prompt at responding to any emails if I ever query something.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like the information I learn in my workshops with my learning provider are very relevant to my role.

Yes, there are lots of networks which you can get involved in at Newcastle Building Society. For example we have, Women in Leadership, LGBTQ+, The Race network and many many more!
