day to day i take over 100 calls which involve calls from internal and external people ranging from scheme customers to people looking to join the scheme and dealers who need some questions answering
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the social asepct, everyone is friendly and i have made a lot of connections

Yes, i am now fluent in a wide variety of application the 3 months ive been here, my favourite is taking payments on global iris for early terminations for customers cars

Very, i get weekly emails from my tutors and my manager is very supportive

A lot, monthly 121' s and coaching time with coaches to better aid my delivery of calls to customers

A lot, i have half days wednesday where i do all my college work, very flexible to ensure i do my 9-5 job and college work
