I go to meetings with work that I've completed and talk about my findings. Then, I will go and complete more work.

I took a lot of online courses at the beginning and I was very inexperienced so I learnt about cyber security and cloud software.

It has a good structure, even if it is a little confusing at the start. After settling in, it makes sense and there's always help if you need it.

I learn the basics from the provider and it ensures I know the basics of my role. As I go through the course, I hope I get more advanced information.

It is a great working environment, without being too formal.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
Think deeply before applying, as the interview process can be grueling. However, once you join, do everything to the best of your ability and ask for help when you need it.
