To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I enjoyed the programme, especially the ICA course, this was so helpful. The learnings from this course were great. However my line manager at the time was not that supportive which did impact on my enjoyment.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt about risk management, where we fit within the regulatory framework, how to use the FCA handbook.

Very well planned
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
My original manager was not supportive. I had nowhere to hand off some of my work to allow me 20% of time on the programme work so I ended up working extra hours to compensate. However in the last 6 months of the programme I had a new supportive manager

This was fantastic - so supportive helping me with the final submission preparation for interview they were brilliant.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
