I implement change, using Lean Six Sigma methodology to find and measure potential changes, creating business cases and promoting the potential amongst stakeholders, securing their endorsement to roll out into the business
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed it. I would have preferred there to be more group learning sessions as there was in my previous apprenticeship

I received some support however in my role at the time it was difficult to get time at work off the floor to do work, meaning I just applied my learni8ng but had to do coursework in my own time. I was able to claim the time back though

It has developed me as a person. I read various texts relevant to the course and my development which helped me learn and grow
