I currently work for CEVA Logistics as an Interim Resourcing Manager focused on finding talent for CEVA.
I lead the resourcing team and focus on new innovate strategies to form the right approach pre requirement and lead various business implementation projects as Resourcing Lead.

Fully - the interactions with a wider scope of individuals to discuss strategies, ideas and theories has really supported my learning journey and to work closely internally with colleagues to share ideas.

Yes. Recently attended a Networking Event on International Womens Day, we have social activities such as quizes, team activities and christmas parties. The business is also supportive when growing your professional netwrok and encourages this activity.
