Was told I'd be given 6 hours a week away from the day job to focus on the Apprenticeship which did not materialise, and required me to complete majority of my assignment work out of working hours.

DMAIC methodology can only be applied so much in an Ecomm logistics environment, which is very fast paced and requires short term results.
