How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
From the start, the course has been clearly set out in what the expectations were and will be going forward, it had a very structured feel to it that helps maintain attendance and work round our current worklife to give a good balance.
The support from the dedicated mentors has been encouraging and supportive to keep things on track.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Lloyds have a 100% vested interest in colleagues achieving what is set out to be achieved from the apprenticeship programmes.
i have had 3 new line managers while being enrolled on the course and each line manager has been fully supportive of the requirements of having 20% dedicated work time to help support with completing the apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
The support from my mentor has been out of this world and it has helped me to achieve exactly what i set out to achieve.
My mentor was always on standby to support with any questions or queries and offered a high level of support when required and this went a long way with helping to acheive ecompletion of set tasks and assignments.

The qualification has given me the recognition of myself that things are achievable in life, it has given me a huge step of confidence and has also helped with buildign a string networl with Senior stakeholders within the buisness which ahs opened several opportunities to get myself out in the limelight and be recognised.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are always events to get involved in within the business, to name a few im invoved with specific charity events and offer my services in terms of providing feedback to other colleagues within the business around my career progression and my experiences of the apprenticeship scheme and how people can get involved and benefit from this should they be interested.
