Lloyds provides a lot of opportunity's and ways to progress for a career if you really want it. I would recommend as the teams all work well together and strive to make the best of everyday.

you need to be flexible and level-headed, adaptable to change and do not take things to heart. everyday is a new day so take it as it comes.
