Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
My role within Lloyds Banking Group is a Client experience insight and data analyst. This involves working primarily on client data that comes in through a platform on Qualtrics. Client data can come from a multitude of sources. Some key ones include surveys that we send out, questionnares and online webpages.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
Throughout the whole duration of my apprenticeship I have thoroughly enjoyed every step of the journey! At the very beginning, I was given more than enough support, both with my employer and training provider. Every apprentice is assigned an in-work mentor and a learning mentor. This combination has been brilliant as it meant I could refer to someone for support in relation to both my employment and learning

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Over the coure of the apprenticeship I have learnt a vast range of new skills and this has been achieved through the mandatory standard provided to me by my apprenticeship provider. This standard includes a checklist of a number of skills that need to be ahcieved throughout the course of the apprenticeship through the use of work based projects

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
The l4 data analyst programme that I have been on has been very well structured. We were given a timetable of all the mandatory courses we needed to complete throughout the apprenticeship journey and also given a list of all mandatory training that needed to be complete prior. Any support needed would be proivded by our learning mentor.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
My employer has been fantastic in providing the right support when needed at thye right time. Having an in work mentor assigned to me was crucial is having that first point of contact who knew how to resolve any issues or explain aspects of work project. I found this really helpful
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
With regards to support from my training provider, regular catch up meetings were booked in so that my performance over the apprenticehsipo could be monitored and if there was anything I needed to improve on these meetings helped me identify that as well as speak about what was going really well
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
My training from the apprenticeship has definitely helped me perform better at the role at work as with training you get to learn how to use certain software to produce data outputs. before the apprenticeship I had very basic knowledge of excel, however now I am able to produce statistical data models proficiently.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
I am aware that there are a range of extra curricular activities that are currently available at work such as charity volunteering and homeless shelter aid. However, I have not yet been involved in these as I am already committed to extra curricular clubs outside of work. This however is really good to see at work
