Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
In my role I am customer service telephony based. Providing the administation and issueing of personal and workplace pension plans. This would involve answering inbound calls and providing information or providing service when needed for the customers needs or requirements. Taking customers personal circumstances into account to provide support if needed.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I enjoy my programme as it feels good knowing you are working towards something (to gain qualifications and singing off units related to them). My confidence has imoroved a lot so I really enjoy knowing im making improvements within myself along the way. 10 out of 10 regarding this question.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have developed and gained many new skills within my job role at Lloyds Banking Group- Time keeping has had a massive imrpovement, as well as working well within a team. Personal skills such as resilience and work management and prioritising has massively improved as well since before I started my job.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
I would say that the structure is well organised due to having time frames or deadlines to stick to. This gives a good plan of action for me to work around to allow me to completed the programme in the time frame given by my coach or mentor with regular meetings.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
My manager does meet with me for a catch up regarding my work in my role and outside with the apprenticehsip programme. We talk around what i feel i need more support on or areas i am confident in. My manager is really great at looking into what i can do to excel.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
We do meet for hour or so catch ups regarding completion of units or submitted work items. We however dont keep in touch regularly for things like checking in on how im getting on , or messaging me to ask if i do require any further support on certain topics that are uncompleted.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
I feel that my qualification through the training provider would benieift my role massively when dealing with customers and the public. I also benefit largely from the InternetTechnology side of things as I use multiple systems through my working day which I had never used before, this makes me confident in using these systems
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
There are a few didffdrent things along the lines of these, such as online webinars to listen or watch. National apprentice day talks and announcements. There are different sites where I can locate other colleagues in a similair role as me to ask around things regarding my apprenticeship for support.
