A lot, you get two managers - one focusing on work and one focusing on more back office related things

In some aspects yes, as it is business management it covers many aspects but not more isolated areas

Yes many, ranging from societies just like you would get at university as well as communities non-related to day-to-day work to allow you to develop your skills outside this role
