Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The programme involved several insightful talks on investment banking and in particular Global Advisory. Alongside these talks, networking sessions with current Rothschild employees were arranged. Programme attendees were also asked to participate in a group project.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Very useful! Detailed descriptions of potential roles we given and were explained clearly. Definitely confirmed my desire to work at Rothschild & Co in the future.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Everyone I interacted with was extremely welcoming. The caring culture Rothschild's prides itself on was present throughout the duration of the programme.
