Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Over the 4 days - learnt more about Rothschild & Co including about the family history, the different divisions, their community investment projects and were able to network with current analysts and associates as well as work on a group project
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Really interesting to understand the different aspects of the bank and what they specialise in as well as how the roles fit together - HR and current analysts/associates/ADs were very good at relaying the relevant info to us

I learnt more about the different divisions within Rothschild & Co and what makes the firm unique in terms of its culture. I was able to develop my team building and commercial awareness/technical skills by partaking in the group exercise and an introductory skills session

Very enjoyable - well thought out and planned by HR to ensure the days ran smoothly. Good insight into the firm and good networking opportunities with current employees
