Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
A fantastic overview of all Rothschild's main functions, Investment banking learning session, archive overview and M&A group project. The programme consisted of multiple talks and networking sessions.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was really great to gain an insight into the different facets of the organisation. Many of the talks were given my analysts which was fantastic to gain an insight into the day to day activities involved with roles available.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Rothschild & Co had a great culture and energy about the week. The HR team were very welcoming and friendly which provided a great atmosphere compared to other experiences. It was also great to learn about the women's network.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I really enjoyed the programme, it was varied, interesting and having the opportunity to work in a group in a virtual environment was great. The programme exceeded my expectations and I would love to return.

I would consider applying to the Women's Horizon programme prior to summer/full time roles. The insight provides a really great insight into the culture and assessment centre processes.
