I enjoy the program generally. I am trusted to do my work, and appreciate the efforts that IBM makes towards aiding me to fulfil my apprenticeship while getting hands on experience.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Within IBM, the organisation is effective. I think that Firebrand needs to address their organisation skills. I am given inconsistent messaging from Firebrand which has resulted in plenty of confusion for me through my apprenticeship.

It is an excellent place to start a career as they support development and career progression from day 1.

Be curious, and try everything. Take opportunities that are presented to you, especially when outside of your comfort zone.
