I aid commercials reporting, claim handling and resource requests. Communicate with the client and provide feedback t individuals. Aid in various back log work when needed.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I throughly enjoy the programme I am currently on, everyone is extremely helpful and collaborative.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Completed junior management consultant apprenticeship in 2021 and picked up a variety of skills such as project management and business analyst skills and knowledes. Within my current degree I am learning more in depth skills such as organisation behaviour.

Each team is very well organised with their own leaders and managers. Good communication and networking opportunities.

A lot both within my role on the account as well as my progress within IBM.

I believe as I am at the start of my degree I haven't been able to apply a lot of the knowledge as its was basics I have already been applying. However the more I learnt he more I am able to apply to my current role.

Lots of networking opportunities for a variety of groups such as programme, IBM, work groups eg apprentices.

I already have and will continue to reccomeed IBM to friends as it is a great supportive company to quirk for with endless opportunities too grow.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
Be true to yourself and honest within the answers for interviews. Be confident and take your time during the assessments.
