Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
I feel like it is well structured, when i started at the company i was given a guide / timeline of how my apprenticeship is going to look throughout, starting with the 4 week workplace initial training and throughout my working career how my apprenticeship provider will guide me through the 1-2 year course
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I recieve so much support from my employer, my colleagues in my office support me day to day aswell as my line manager. I am also supported by the managing director or my department who is always checking up on me. My apprentice recruitment officer [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the Higherin Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] also checks up on me monthly
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Myself and my training assessor from the training provider checks up on me through 6 week interval calls aswell as weekly emails to see how i am getting on with my work, if i need any further assistance and also just cares about my general wellbeing both inside and outside of work
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
Without My qualification i would not be able to perform in my role, I am required to qualify in a certain LIBF body to conduct my mortgage advise and the extra written work and role plays I do with my training provider also helps me massively when writing recommendations to customers
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
I participate in extra-curricular activities such as wellbeing advocates who focus on creating a better wellbeing support umbrella for all colleagues at the society. I am always involved with my team, participating in weekly walks to promote physical health improvements aswell as this being a social activity. I am invited to my first awards night in London this month also which is an amazing opportunity
