Not much responsibility - I was given bits and bobs given by my line manager. No personal side project.

Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Given we were working from home it was difficult to gauge the atmosphere, however the weekly online meetings seemed formal and people seemed like they didn’t want to be there. I didn’t feel like people enjoyed their work.

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
It was a disappointment to feel like no one cared about whether I was on the team or not. I got the impression that most people in the company are not prepared nor engaged for a digital revolution that’s occurring civil engineering industry
