Lots of training and support from colleagues, a clear heirarchy of who to approach if you need assistance. For studying, you have your own mentor who you can email at any time you need to. It's easy to follow your aims as they are set out on smart assessor.

It can be overwhelming as there is a lot of work to be done, but employer will always allow time needed for study and meetings. They are understanding. Employer likes giving opportunity for workers to attain qualifications and training opportunities. The offer other helpful courses as well as the apprenticeship

They keep you on track with your aims by scheduling regular meetings, and making themselves available by email at any time. Mentors are friendly and chatty about general life as well as work and study. They take care of the schedule of work for the apprenticeship so as long as you keep up with aims, it's easy to complete.

Encourages you to think critically and make suggestions, which you might not do as a new member of the team in a normal role. While it does take away time from actual working, it allows you to reflect on what you do and solidify your understanding of processes and explaining them.

There is friendly and approachable managers, flexible working, time off at Christmas, good pension scheme, good colleague relationships. There are opportunities to take qualifications that would be recognised in any work place, and this is encouraged. The office facilities are good when you're required to go in, and often snacks are provided.
