Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Assisting with the Operations and Recruitment team, handling day to day queries from employees on topics such as benefits, drafting paperwork and reference letters.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme it is a great opportunity to be working and studying for my CIPD. I like that I get to work in the art industry and I also get to learn from other HR Professionals.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot of new skills: time management - dealing with deadlines and managing my workload.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very well organised and structured, I have set days for when I need to study / complete my CIPD work.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer and from members of my team. They are all kind and very supportive.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support from my training provider, they have assisted me when I have asked questions on certain modules and they have been very supportive.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Each module I have undertaken has really helped me in my role and has given me a better understanding on each topic. It has given me more confidence and more knowledge.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I have had the opportunity to attend professional networking events which I have found really helpful.
