As a Post-Sale Specialist at Christie’s, I support my team in the critical post-auction phase, ensuring smooth transactions and excellent service. My role includes managing client inquiries, coordinating shipments, and collaborating with various departments, compliance tasks and a variety of responsibilities! I am constantly learning and refining my skills in this fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and clear communication are key to delivering an exceptional client experience.

I have developed so many skills since starting my apprenticeship such as effective communication, collaboration and time management.

Very well structured, all my goals are set in place and I have a progress tracker for the duration of the learning side of my apprenticeship.

I receive a lot of support and encouragement through bi weekly catch ups and support is available whenever I need!

As my role is well connected to what I am learning it helps to navigate certain tasks in my role such as communication with clients.

Yes all of the above is available at Christie’s. There is always an invitation to events being sent out and we are always being encouraged to take part in the different networks that have been set up by employees themselves.
