Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend IBM to a friend?
Yes
Why?
IBM supports their employees to the best that they can. The company is a great community, and I can really sense that.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to IBM?
Be yourself, that is what IBM want to see from you at its core. Skills can be developed and trained by someone else, but attitude is left to you to show.
