I believe the training provided by IBM is a great starting point to allow you to thrive in the roles as all of the skills learnt are transferrable from the training to the role.

Yes there are multiple opportunities ranging from sporting events such as the corporate games, work socials, and many networking events.

Just be you. Get as much extra curricular activities done as possible before you join. Say Yes to every opportunity.
