Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

- Creating Finance and Operations reports and analysis on the performance of the practice to which I was assigned.
- Organising monthly practice-wide calls.
- Supporting senior leadership with ad-hoc tasks related to Finance, Operations and Strategy.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes. The reports I was reponsible for creating fuelled business decisions by senior leadership.

- Microsoft Excel (including VBA).
- Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Leadership and teamwork.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

A lot. There is a manager assigned to each intern who's role is to support the intern throughout their placement experience and help them get the most out of the year.
