we do alot of training on our skills and some that we may already know and ones that are new to us such as problem solving we do a lot of this in our role as we are always trying to test to find defects in code and software's, we also do a lot on communication and how to talk to our customers.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

there is so much training and support when joining you feel like you have left your home and stepped straight back into a new home, you get paired up with a buddy to help you with anything you need but you can still ask anyone around you for help too.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

well like before i said you get a buddy to help with getting settled and any thing you need or don't understand you can ask said buddy to help you with you also can get help from your managers if your struggling to do a piece of work, there is also a website where you can find all accessible support material.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
