Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Providing support to Large Corporate front line teams in the preparation of their Credit Submissions for Annual Renewals, Ad-hoc requests and Post Sanctioning. Working collaboratively with Credit, Lending Execution and Offshore Operations teams ensuring the relevant systems are updated in a timely and accurate manner to meet customer expectations.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The program is well structured with added refresher sessions, very useful if it has been a while since you were at school. Supportive environment setting you for success. Regular catch ups session to track progress and address any issues.

I have completed Lean Basics course and enrolled on the Apprenticeship program.

Program very well organised. Induction session outlining what to expect and how you will progress throughout the entire program. A lot of support offered from talent coaches and lecturers making it easier to fit around your work.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Great support from line manager and team managers, time allowed to attend live lectures and plan learning and prep sessions. Lloyds Banking Group is very supportive in terms of personal and professional development.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Great support offered, tailor to individual needs and very understanding. Talent coach and tutors supporting all to succeed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

In depth knowledge gained help understand industry and regulations better allowing to fulfill day to day role and better understand processes and procedures. Theory taught on real life examples make it easier to apply in day to day work.
