I triage new claims that come through to us from FNOL to determine if any injury to any third-party's. I also look into liability and review medical evidence to negotiate injury settlements with solicitors.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The AA?
Make sure you confirm whether there will pay rise as this does not seem to exist at the moment.
