Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
I have to take emergency calls from people who have broken down on the roadside and send assistance out to them.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I enjoy it a lot, they can be a lot of pressure on you at times but taking a lot of calls but keeps me busy throughout the day.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I've learnt a lot of IT skills, gained more confidence and increased my knowledge in a lot in a short period of time.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Very organized, we always know what we've got to do, always have targets.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Anything i need help with or any enquiries, I can always ask the people here, everyone is friendly and keen to help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
You receive a lot of help, catch up every week, new targets, 1 2 1 every month, so you can see your progress.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
It helps me because i think starting as an apprentice is better for me as i can get the help I need in the first year and if i am successful with the full time role, i would've learnt everything by then and had that extra support because is as an apprenticeship and got a bigger insight into my job role by doing the qualification.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
We do some online courses that we do that makes us more occupied on a training day.
