Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Taking calls for members who are broken down at the roadside and send an AA Patrol to assist them.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The people I work with area great and even during the pandemic the workplace has been an enjoyable place to come and the managers are brilliant and so is the support available.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learnt lots of new skills which include customer service and lots of new systems as well as adapting to the workplace.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very structured and Mark is always on hand if we're stuck or falling behind he's always there to helps support us.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots. Our managers are there for whatever we need even if it's not work related they are always more than happy to help and go above and beyond.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Mark is brilliant and although he hasn't always been able to come into the office because of restrictions he's always contactable on E-Mail and Teams and always books our meeting and it's always really organised.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

There is lots of elements of the qualification that i can put into practice in my day to day job.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I know that because of the pandemic this has been quite restrictive but i know in previous years this has been something that the managers have done.

Why?
It's a good salary for an apprenticeship and it's a nice place to work and there are lots of career opportunities after the course and the managers are really supportive
