To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i have a lot of staff around me who are there for support or help if i need it, this has helped me become confident in my role and enjoy my experience working here. I'm excited for a potential future in the company after my apprenticeship ends.

This programme is very organised and structured, we have weekly and monthly catch ups with TL's and my DC coach to keep me on track and give me any feedback i need to help me progress

support is always there if i need it from other colleagues, team leaders and my DC coach
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

we have monthly sessions to keep me up to date with the work i need to complete, and is available every thursday if i need any help with work
