Recommendations & Advice
Would you recommend The AA to a friend?
Why?
Their apprenticeship scheme is also amazing, they provide so much for their employees but also new starters/apprentices/employees.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The AA?
Be yourself within the application process but also make sure you are prepared... research their values and align yourself with them.
If it was me just before the interview, I would have liked to been told to 'Relax' as I was so nervous but they made me feel very welcome straight away.
