Daily Management of the site, supporting the service users and staff team.
Staff management. Supervision, health and safety risk assessment, quality assurance, activity, auditing and compliance within the home, ensuring that the site is meeting guidelines and compliance, providing quality care.

I enjoyed my programme, I got on well with my assessor and found that support were always available when this were needed.

Very structured. Access to all information were available via learning assistant which were easy to follow.

Lots. I were able to complete this during working hours as well as out of work.
