Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Working in Central Services, my role is the first point of contact for the NHS trusts to make a referral for inpatient treatment for either Acute, PICU, CAMHS, ED referrals. We also contact Priory Hospitals and bulid relationships with the clinical teams, OOH we take the overflow for private callers
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The curent programme is a good starting apprenticeship to revisit my exisiting slkills and take a look at how i can improve on these and take on different techniques. Only thing is that halway through my current programme is that I have had a change of tutor

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt bot new and developed exisitihg skilsl, espially coming from a customer based environmnet previously. I use all my previous knowlefge and continue to improver on these, whilst deveoping new skills and techniques

How well organised/structured is your programme?

At this present time I currently have been told that shoudl be at 42% and only 8%, which is either work not being uploaded that I have submitted and sent across.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer is undoubtablly behing me 110% and when ever i need support, additional hours for off the job training this is accommodated around my hours
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

At this curent time I have had a change in my tutor, which hasnt helped, as bulit a rapport with my previous tutor, and the new tutor has advised that i should be atthe halfway point with untis and assessments but at less then a quarter way through
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

All the assessements and workbooks I complete, allow me to revisit myself in my calls, the way that i come across, and have taken steps backward to redevelop myself with taking all feedback and the units on board and puttingthem into every aspect of my life
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I do believe that theer si a support group for Mental Health vai teams call every week or a Whats App Group. The CEO Rebekah Cresswell holds a Town Hall meeting which i am looking to join in ( if thats is possible)

Would you recommend Priory Group to a friend?
Yes
Why?
The work that we do is so beneficial to others, the comradeship of the team members is second to none. My Coach and Call Cente Manager are so supportive could not ask for better. We are like a big happy family and that is what counts
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Priory Group?
Research the whole of the company, not just Aduly Care, look at all services, the history and also the German and Spanish. Biggest tip for me is just be yourself and have good examples of your previous experience
