I am involved in care of ACUTE and PICU patients, where the person centred care is a priority. My role involves wide range of responsibilities from the emotional support to day to day tasks such as: personal care, feeding, supporting with medical appointments, activities, working parallel with families and others professionals, collecting information, positive behaviour support, ect.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I was provided with fantastic support on many different levels of the course. Guided by my coach through the course and equipped with additional information related to the course.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I learned something new and additionally I improved my skills which I gained through the years of work in care. The course helped me to gain a confidence in making decisions.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I can state that my coach was very organised and my course was well structured. It was something else I learnt from my couch.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I would say rather that I had more support from my coach than employer.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I can rate it with five stars. I received a fantastic support and a lot of motivation. Also, I can compare my training to my colleagues where they were struggling to complete the course.
