I am incredibly grateful to Priory for the support, encouragement, and opportunities provided throughout my apprenticeship journey.
Completing my Level 3 Lead Adult Care apprenticeship with a Distinction has been a significant achievement for me, and Priory played a key role in making this possible. The organisation actively promotes learning and professional development, giving staff the time, guidance, and encouragement needed to succeed.
Throughout my apprenticeship, I received excellent support from both my managers and colleagues, who encouraged me to develop my knowledge, skills, and confidence within my role. The training has enhanced my ability to provide high-quality, person-centred care and has helped me grow both professionally and personally.
Priory demonstrates a genuine commitment to investing in its workforce through apprenticeships, creating opportunities for staff to progress in their careers while improving the quality of care delivered to the people we support.
