I found it very easy to follow, there was always help when I needed it. Everything I learnt was relevant to my job.

My manager was very supportive throughout, always willing to help whenever I needed it. Without his encouragement I would not have done as well as I did

My trainer was brilliant always helpful when she was needed and always just a message or call away.

It helped me to communicate better and to have more confidence. Also to encourage the residents to be a lot more involved in their lives.

We have no things like that, but most staff members are very close and have friendships outside of work

Would you recommend Priory Group to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Priory group have helped and encouraged me to better myself, I took up care work later than most but have still been encouraged and supported very well.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Priory Group?
Don't be scared to ask for help we are a team and are all there to help each other. You are never to old for something new. Remember that the residents are capable of making choices and not to do it for them .
