great workplaces to be an intern at, so many learning opportunities, everyone is so friendly, and great to have such strong communities, especially for the early professionals.

Learning is mandatory, and made to be really easy with Internal learning platform, I have not only learnt so many new things, especially around AI and different industries but managed to enhance skills i already had.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

you get a lot of guidance, as you have a foundation manager that helps with growing personally and a task manager who sets your day-to-day tasks. i'd say the only thing I struggled with was how difficult it was to get accessibility software for peers and myself.

I really enjoyed my placement with IBM and have made life long friends and gained so much experience and insight that i believe has put me in such a great position to look for grad jobs
